QuicksortRx Achieves SOC 2 Type 1 Certification: Prioritizing Customer Data Security and Privacy

Data security is paramount, today more than ever. That’s why we’re proud to announce that QuicksortRx has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type 1 audit in record time. This is a significant achievement in our journey to prioritize security at QuicksortRx. While QuicksortRx has always maintained a high level of cybersecurity, we believe it’s important for our customers and partners to be able to certify our policies and procedures are of the highest order and that we can be trusted to host their most critical data.

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a rigorous audit framework that assesses an organization's information systems' security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Type 1 certification, in particular, focuses on the suitability of an organization's controls and their design at a specific point in time. This audit goes a long way in demonstrating our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and privacy.

It states that QuicksortRx will never share customer data in any way with third parties without customer permission. Just as we are dedicated to keeping customer data secure, we are committed to protecting our customers’ privacy and have never shared data outside the company. To further ensure protection of customer data, we require hardware security keys for all employees, enforce advanced endpoint protection, conduct phishing training, and leverage other security practices that go above and beyond SOC 2 controls to protect against emerging threats.
