Executive Assistant to the CEO

Created by pharmacists and technologists, our platform empowers healthcare teams with real-time data and analysis to optimize pharmacy procurement, drive cost efficiencies, and make better-informed decisions. We're searching for an enthusiastic and driven Executive Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to our visionary CEO and dynamic executive team.

The Role

In the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, managing and facilitating critical operational and administrative tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. You should be a proactive problem solver, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to make a difference within the healthcare industry. 

Given the fast-paced nature of our business and the need to support our executive team, flexibility is essential. You will occasionally be required to work outside traditional business hours and travel to key conferences and meetings, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the CEO's daily schedule, including arranging meetings, travel plans, and internal/external engagements.
  2. Anticipate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring our leadership is always fully prepared.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, the executive team, and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communication.
  4. Assist in research, preparing reports, and conducting data analysis as required.
  5. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  6. Handle various administrative duties on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience within similar environments.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  5. Open to leveraging AI tools and scaling yourself.
  6. Interest in healthcare, technology, and/or supply chain is a plus.
  7. Note: This role is primarily based in Charleston, SC, but will require flexibility including travel and occasional support outside traditional business hours.
