QuicksortRx Announces Q2 2026 Performance Results

QuicksortRx Delivers Strong Q2 and More Wins for Customers

Between manufacturers demanding stringent claims-level data before honoring contract pricing, stalled federal rebate pilots, and increasingly granular HRSA audits, 340B continued to face intense pressure throughout Q2. For health system pharmacy leaders, maintaining margin predictability in this environment isn’t just challenging — it requires continuous oversight with zero room for guessing.

That mounting external squeeze makes the Q2 performance of QuicksortRx customers even more compelling. Rather than absorbing market volatility, health systems leveraged our analytics to capture $52.3M in savings — a 29.58% surge over Q1 that brought all-time platform savings to $388M.

Product Swaps Continue to Drive Q2 Growth

Product swaps accounted for $40.3M — or 76.96% — of total Q2 savings, up from 65.89% ($26.5M) in Q1. This nearly $14M quarterly increase highlights a significant operational shift: leading pharmacy teams aren't waiting on annual reviews to capture value. Instead, they’re taking daily, targeted action on accessible, high-yield alternatives.

While product swaps spearheaded the quarterly gains, customers maintained a diversified approach across all purchasing levers:

Q2 2026 Savings By Initiative

This focus paid off across health systems of all sizes. The top five systems on the savings leaderboard alone unlocked $14.3M, with facility sizes ranging from 1,000 to more than 10,000 beds. Across the entire customer base, average quarterly savings climbed 23.51% to $817.3K. Pharmacy teams achieved these results through consistent engagement, logging 12,460 QuicksortRx sessions in Q2 with an average session time of 18 minutes.

Still Best in KLAS

For the second consecutive year, we've ranked #1 for Purchasing Optimization Analytics in the 2026 Best in KLAS. You can view the full report and learn more here.

That ranking is built on real feedback like this, pulled directly from KLAS's 2026 customer commentary. KLAS continues to pull customer feedback every month, and we heard a lot of great new things this quarter.

KLAS May 2026 Customer Feedback

That's the kind of monitoring behind this quarter's $6.5M in contract savings. The value isn't just that a dropped contract or a WAC increase gets caught — it's how fast it gets caught. A pricing change flagged the week it happens is a quick fix. The same change found three months later at a quarterly review is three months of spend that already went out the door at the wrong price.

What's New for QuicksortRx

Three major updates shipped in Q2.

  • 340B Attic Report flags purchases that exceed your 340B ceiling, helping your team recover overcharges and tighten oversight on manufacturer price loads.

  • Product Class Shortages highlights drug classes experiencing shortage activity and shows how they impact your pharmacy group, using order fulfillment data and ASHP shortage details so you can prioritize purchasing decisions before a disruption hits.

  • Tasks are now built directly into the platform, giving your team one place to track and manage procurement to-dos instead of juggling separate systems.

What Could an Extra $817.3k Do for Your Budget?

Our customers averaged $817.3K in Q2 savings. If manual contract tracking and static reports are still setting your baseline, that number represents a real gap between what you're spending now and what's actually possible.
